The staff helped me find attractions. They carried my bags to my superior room, a thoughtful touch. Breakfast featured warm service and excellent food, that was a real pleasure.
The hotel is close to the train station, so sometimes you hear street noise.

The hotel is near the main train station. Breakfast was excellent (especially the good coffee). The staff provided great service. The room was bright, spacious and had modern amenities. I found the front of house staff very helpful.
The hotel has no mini bar in the room, however, there is a mini fridge with water but no glasses to drink from. I informed reception about the issue. They offered financial compensation.

The staff was very attentive at check-in and during breakfast. giuseppe greeted us each morning with a warm welcome. i especially enjoyed the big whirlpool in the wellness center. It was very relaxing after a day of walking. i really appreciate the service!

The location was very convenient. It was near the train station. the walk to the duomo and ponte vecchio took just ten minutes. the staff was friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the attentive staff at check-in and breakfast.
the rooms have limited soundproofing. I could hear other guests at times.

I experienced a very slight disturbance because of external noise during one night.

The triple room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices for everyone. The hotel is situated within walking distance of all major attractions. The front desk staff were friendly, answering questions efficiently.
The air conditioning wasn't strong enough on a hot day, so i had to keep the windows open.
